Rachel supports the attorneys in the Public Finance group on both conduit and governmental bond transactions, assisting with the preparation of closing documents, coordinating closings, and the preparation of bond transcripts.

Before joining Pacifica, Rachel worked in the municipal group at another Pacific Northwest law firm,  assisting in bond transactions with housing authorities, cities, counties, fire protection districts, water and sewer districts, and school districts. Her responsibilities included drafting closing documents, coordinating closings, and preparing and distributing bond transcripts.
