Using emergency powers granted to the Governor during the COVID-19 pandemic, on August 20, 2021, Governor Inslee issued Proclamation 21-14.1, which requires individuals working for state agencies, workers for operators of Educational Settings, and Health Care Providers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by October 18, 2021.
