We support public school districts in delivering excellence in education. We draft and defend legislation, and advise elected officials, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and private parties on political matters. We litigate on behalf of local and state governments and private companies working in the Northwest. And we represent public and private clients in real estate transactions, leasing, and development projects across our region.

Pacifica encourages and incentivizes pro bono service and civic engagement by recognizing a portion of annual billable hours allocable to pro bono work and public service commitments.
