Brittany Faulkner Joins Pacifica’s Construction & Procurement Practice

Pacifica Law Group is pleased to announce that Brittany Faulkner has joined the firm as an associate in our Construction & Procurement practice group. Brittany’s experience includes advising and representing clients at all phases of construction projects, from contract drafting and negotiations to litigating high-stakes disputes. She also served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, where she built substantial litigation, trial, and regulatory experience.

Before joining Pacifica, Brittany practiced in the Seattle area at both a boutique and a national law firm, where she advised and represented clients in complex disputes involving construction, real estate, public utilities, infrastructure, OSHA, general liability, and complex insurance matters.
During her time in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Brittany served as trial counsel at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, and as counsel to an aviation unit in Bagram, Afghanistan, among other roles.
Brittany earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, and was as editor-in-chief of the Creighton Law Review. She also earned her B.A. from Creighton.
